New Facility – Fully Operational by January 2016
Southwest Steel Coil, Inc. is currently constructing a new 95,000 sq. ft. high-bay facility located in the City of Mission, TX, in the Rio Grande Valley of southern Texas, two miles from the closest Port of Entry into Reynosa, Mexico. Mill sourcing will be the same as for the Santa Teresa, NM location. The facility will be serviced by 25-ton overhead cranes with extensive incoming rail spur capacity directly into the facility for off-loading inbound 50,000 lb. mill coils, up to 60” width.
Products include flat-rolled carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, aluminum, galvanized and pre-painted product in slit coil, traverse-wound narrow slit coil, and cut-to-length sheets, with gauge ranges of .010-.250”.
